STAGE 4 - JOYRIDE: 01
The ultimate pleasure ride, side by side with Sir Chris Hoy. Taking in all the stunning beauty of Dumfries & Galloway across a 75km or 110km route, we make a few stops along the way to taste some of the regions best producers.
STAGE 5 - RECHARGE
Rest and relaxation, how the pros do it. Let our soigneurs soothe tired muscles with a massage, enjoy an afternoon aperitif in the hot tub, grab a snack from the kitchen. This is your time to unwind, your way.
STAGE 6 - TOUR DE FEAST
A 5-course homage to a six time Olympic champion, by Tom Kitchin. Celebrating his greatest moments through the flavours on your plate, this dinner also includes accompanied pairings by Champagne Laurent-Perrier.
STAGE 7 - TALES OF A RAINBOW JERSEY
An intimate fireside chat with one of the UK’s most decorated Olympians. Unwind and enjoy stories from across Sir Chris’ career.
